Do not park along the driveway leading to the back. HEATING Wall heaters have an individual thermostat KITCHEN Feel free to use: Refrigerator Stove/oven Microwave Coffee maker/ coffee Cookware and utensils Please: Clean up after use Do not pour grease or dispose of anything down the sink Run the dishwasher before checkout if you’ve used dishes TRASH & RECYCLING Trash bins are located at the end of the kitchen island Trash pickup day: Wednesday, 7 am Recycling rules: Recycle bag is provided in the drawer near the coffee maker. Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins. LAUNDRY Complimentary access to a washer and dryer is provided for guest convenience. Wash with COLD WATER only. Use of the machines is optional and at the guest’s discretion; we are not liable for loss or damage to clothing or belongings. Please do not overload machines. Remember to remove lint from the dryer lint tray and discard. BATHROOMS Only flush toilet paper. Do NOT flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. TV & ENTERTAINMENT Smart TV with access has a Guest mode. Input your check-out date to ensure automatic log-out of your streaming services. SAFETY Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed. Fire extinguishers are in the bedroom closets and the kitchen counter The first aid kit is located in the middle bathroom. In case of an emergency, please call 911 as soon as possible. OTHER We have regular professional pest control to help keep the home comfortable and pest-free. That said, because this is a lived-in home and doors may open often, an occasional small bug can sometimes find its way inside, especially during certain seasons.
